first Wednesday of each month

This free clinic will be held at 1 Flanders Court, Dartford, DA1 2AF on the first Wednesday of every month between 9am and 5pm, and requires an appointment as there is no waiting area for patients.
Please call on 07557984399 Dr. Wang to book an appointment.

Floating needle therapy is a modern acupuncture improvement technology, through a special disposable floating needle in the subcutaneous shallow layer of “cleaning” operation, the use of mechanical stimulation to release fascia adhesion and promote local microcirculation, to achieve rapid painless pain. The mechanism mainly includes three aspects:
- By stimulating subcutaneous connective tissue to activate Aβ nerve fibers, inhibit the transmission of pain signals to the center;
- Promote the release of endogenous analgesic substances (such as endorphins);
- Improve the ischemic and hypoxic state of the affected area and relieve myofascial spasm.

Clinical studies have shown that the immediate effective rate for musculoskeletal pain (neck, shoulder, waist and leg pain, etc.) can reach more than 80%, and because the needle diameter is only 0.6mm and the operation depth is only 3-5mm, patients generally report slight pain.
It is recommended to bring:
- Hospital examination report (X-ray /MRI and other image data and diagnosis certificate);
- Record of drug/acupuncture allergy history;
- Previous treatment records. In particular, it is necessary to inform in advance of coagulation dysfunction, needle fainting history, or skin infections.
Because treatment involves subcutaneous procedures, patients with diabetes need to provide additional recent blood glucose monitoring data. The clinic recommends wearing loose clothing for limb treatment and reserving 10 minutes for observation before and after treatment.
